Description
1.Visit customers, participate in project pre-sales and daily business communication;
2.Sort out customer needs, assist customers to choose products, and provide customers with professional solutions;
3.Respond to customer needs, do a good job of customer relationship maintenance, complete the project evaluation, planning, organization, implementation, payment settlement and other important links;
4.Follow up the project progress according to the project plan to ensure the project delivery on time and with good quality;
5.Grasp the risk status in the project, grasp the degree of impact on the project, and track the countermeasures;
6.Customer collection and reconciliation (cash, advance payment, advance check, credit);
7.Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction;
8.Effectively investigate the market, investigate the sales model of competitive suppliers, visit different segments of customer groups, classify customers, specialize.
1.Have experience in sales engineer;
2.Have a basic understanding of CAD software;
3.Have strong learning ability and acceptance ability, strong independence, dare to think and dare to work;
4.Strong adaptability and pressure resistance, love sales work, independent sales ability, strong communication skills;
5.Work hard and accept moderate overtime;
