We are seeking a highly motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing team in Qatar. This role involves educating healthcare professionals on our products, executing territory plans, and supporting business growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and purchasers.

Key Responsibilities:

The role includes planning, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and acting as a liaison between field representatives and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement field action plans aligned with company strategies.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide support, coaching, and ensure optimal coverage of assigned areas.
- Monitor and analyze team performance using KPIs, sales data, and CRM reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assumes full responsibility for full cycle payroll of the employees.
- Makes changes to employee payroll data, such as address and deduction changes. Maintains payroll records, complies with policies.
- Ensures timekeeping hours are correct before entering them into the payroll software for payment.
- Reviews Coding for hours, such as regular, overtime and vacation.
- Handles timekeeping, prints pay checks and record-keeping duties.
- Processes and reconciles payroll to the general ledger.
- Compiles payroll data, and enters data or computes and posts wages, and reconciles errors, to maintain payroll records, using Microsoft Excel.
- Records changes affecting leave usage and net wages for example exemptions, loan payments for each employee to update master payroll records.
- Records data concerning transfer of employees between departments.
- Maintains and appropriately retains records of leave pay.
- Prepares and issue pay checks, including final pay checks covering special agreements.
- Prepares confidential payroll reports.
- Prepares and/or analyzes periodic payroll reports, payroll schedules, and payroll related journal entries using established policies, procedures, and guidelines on a timely manner.
- Analyzes payroll reports, statements, records and making recommendations to improve payroll process.
- Prepares and/or reviews the accuracy of payroll related journal entries and performs account reconciliation and analysis while ensuring supporting documentation is accurate.
